Decision
Map.
List the decisions sitting stalled on your desk. Rank them by consequence, not by apparent urgency. What survives that exercise is usually far shorter — and far more expensive — than the initial feeling.

How to use this properly
Monthly cost is what the indecision costs per month — lost margin, rework, people idle, a customer who walked. If you do not know, guess low: a conservative number written down beats an exact number imagined.
Reversal criterion is the most ignored and the most useful. Write the objective fact that would make you turn back. A decision without a reversal criterion is not a decision, it is a bet — and that is exactly why it stalls.
