Hours
Returned.

Automation does not "save money" on its own. It returns hours. The gain only reaches the bank account if someone decides what those hours now do — which is why this simulator ends in a question, not a number.

Every value starts from what you type. We use no industry average.

Messages, tickets or calls that come in over the month.

The question that decides whether this becomes money

Assume the number above is right. What exactly will those hours do from next month on?

If the answer is "there will be spare time", the gain evaporates — that is the most common pattern and the reason good automation never shows up in the result. If the answer is a new role, a stalled initiative, or a real headcount reduction, then it becomes cash. That is your decision, not the agent’s.
