Questions before you decide.

Do I need to configure anything?
In the mode where we run it, no: we build, install, test and maintain it. In the mode where you build it, hosting and upkeep become yours.
What if the agent gets it wrong with a customer?
It follows rules you approve and hands anything outside them to a person. Exceptions and serious complaints do not stay with the agent.
Can I cancel?
Billing is managed on the plans page. Without an active subscription there is no access to the library or management of the agents.
